Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfair payment, I've been there for years and get min wage, they say they can't afford raises but can build 5 new buildings
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Notin corporate can do to make some individuals turn there ears on at meetings cause some just don't listen and stink at there job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers do there best but corporate doesn't care, our district manager can only do so much but it's insane on how corporate pays emploees
