Provide a job description. Be more clear upfront. I interviewed for a senior role, when I got an offer it wasn't senior and the pay was cut. Also, came on as contract-to-hire. Was told for months I'd convert soon; then when reviews came I didn't qualify for a salary increase. Coincidences?
Talk to people. Less writing about yourself and recording things about yourself and more talking to people.
HRs should at least know or read over an applicants resume.
Have actual humans review resumes and not an arthiogram

I never was able to meet the person who hired me. I wish I had had the opportunity to meet them physically but they lived in another state.

Overseas recruiters; language barriers, time zone differences, lack of convenience, harder than it all needs to be.
Too many over seas Recruiters; creates language barriers (saves UHC money...not worth it unless the position is overseas), time zone conflicts, no answers to resumes submitted and resubmitted over and over. Negative overall experience, needs major improvement.
Inerviewee should NEVER be told 'we don't hire EE's with your higher salary' - if so, why was I hired. Most importantly what purpose does this comment serve? Lastly, was I hired so you didn't have to give me an increase 2 years in a row yet QA 100% and MAP meets or exceeds, depending on Category.
