Very flexible and compassionate yet organized and mission oriented!
I'm treated like a real person.
For my immediate pillar leadership, I believe they genuinely care about people and their quality of care. Other leadership seems focused on increasing the price of stock which they are heavily vested in. I feel fortunate to have the leadership we have. My manager however should not be in charge.
I like that they take time to listen to the needs of employees and treat everyone with respect.
Review from Operations Dept
What I like best about our leadership team is that my direct manager is professional and supportive, and she cares about my success. Upper management is approachable, attentive, and fully engaged in leading our department to success.

Planning rollouts of new systems better. Staffing properly. Training properly.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Being more flexible, listening to their employees before making rash decisions, hiring more people to combat burnout - the list is long.
They need to be more aware of things like employees working through lunches and breaks, often managers are in way over their head and dont do meetings with emoloyees that are rquired yo be done monthly. I have had 2 all year long.
Transparency, your employees know tou are sugar coating their impending doom- eithwr by being overworked or by a layoff
Not lay off people they have families
They have no expertise in the management of a medical practice.
Communicating with workers dont leave them in the dark. There are too many managers that collect money and they are useless. Instead of laying off workers lay off the useless managers.
Stop promoting your friends and promote those who can do the job
Communication and honesty so people feel truly secure and valued.
Review from Operations Dept
doing their job and managing workloads
Transparency, Integrity, exploiting poor countries, stop destabilizing the american economy.
Communication and effective leading of a large team
Communication of layoffs to employees and why
Review from Business Development Dept
Leadership does not care about being better. It is everyone for themselves with all of the layoffs.
Our leadership need more time fixing the mechanics of offering our products and less time in pointless meetings.
Understand and contribute to diversity and have consistency in fair treatment from leadership to subordinates.
