I like that I can work at home and that I have a stock purchase plan. There is also a 401K program that matches some of the money I invest. The worst part was my supervisor. She was abusive, didn't follow through on things and didn't give me accurate information. I'm considering quitting.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm able to help a caller.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Their recently implemented nice-sized bonus we can earn each month based on our performance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to meet several supervisors in order to get an idea of who my coworkers would be.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm not sure. We work virtually so we never get to meet each other. Perhaps arrange facetime-like meetings so we can see our coworkers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Standing up for us nurses when big corporate decides to cut our pay. Supervisors need to be monitored like we are because I had the absolute worst one ever.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When new nurses were hired, they were hired at a higher pay scale than I currently earn and I was never raised to that level of earnings. We are told that we are not to discuss how much we make with other nurses or we could get fired - now I know why.
