Bonuses are based on the company performing, so everything ties back to performance. And you can't perform well if you don't exemplify the other company cultures of integrity, compassion, relationships and innovation.

Optum cares more about the stock holders than their employees. A prime example is when the new tax law was signed by the President, Optum stated they instead of giving it to the employees as bonuses/raises, they were going to buy other companies with it.

This priority is investing back into their business as opposed to back into their employees. Employees are micromanaged to the second and does not encourage a value and trust with employees

Optum needds to hire more employees to andle the workload, slow down the pace to something better managed, and treat employees with respect.

Management likes to handcuff people and only give certain people chances for promotion

Lack of a cohesive strategic path, stop operating in SILOS, reorganize to maximize efficiency and align to single strategic goal. Net Promotor Score is a fad idea and wasting valuable time.
