Optum cares more about the stock holders than their employees. A prime example is when the new tax law was signed by the President, Optum stated they instead of giving it to the employees as bonuses/raises, they were going to buy other companies with it.

This priority is investing back into their business as opposed to back into their employees. Employees are micromanaged to the second and does not encourage a value and trust with employees
