Open and honest communication about the roll, the process and requirements. Knowing where I stood throughout, who I was meeting with and why, why they had a stake in my joining the team.

The authenticity and how real it felt
The hiring manager was very communicative along the way. He gave clear expectations of each step in the process. Bamboo does not drag out the interview process. From initial contact to offer letter was two weeks. I've found that to be typical.
