The current negative press is a major concern to all our members, which makes it hard for them to shop with confidence that Sears will continue to exist and fulfill our promises, especially on 3 or 5 year protection for their purchases. Better advertising and a more visible storefront would help.

No effort to upgrade the store, cash wraps have registers that are so out of date that barely work, have to take parts from other cash wraps, ceiling tile if filthy, poor lighting

Customers tend to be on the rude side of the scale, which can't really be improved by the business. Work load is not really distributed very well, and one person may be assigned too many tasks at once
