Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I'm undervalued, I just took on more responsibilities this year that are way above my current paycheck, a salary increase would be great if it matches what I currently do as a member of Trustwave. Additionally, by making overtime paid better.

In the market nowadays, the compensation for our job is pretty competitive. And I think, our compensation is kind of behind, it's low compared to others in the same field. A significant raise with our compensation would be great to help us survive the global inflation. Thank you.

It is not the most collaborative or innovated team. As the team has grown, people have become more distant. And most teams, or co-workers, work remote. I think most of my co-workers do their work well, but no one really goes above and beyond for each other in terms of mentorship or career advance
