How long do the interviews usually take at Trustwave?
Typically a phone screen then a coding problem to complete at home over a 3 day period. Finally an in person interview usually consisting of 4 people over 4 hours. The whole process can take up to a few week, depending on scheduling.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Trustwave?
Very stringent and thorough. Very big on past experience. Also asked a lot of questions on your ability to focus on the current while still being able to see the big picture.
What do people at Trustwave think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
I have interacted with Bob myriad times. He is very approachable and seems to care about the company and it's employees. He stays in touch with market trends and makes sure we are on the leading edge through R&D or acquisitions. He recently renovated the Chicago HQ and it is stunning! As with any company, Trustwave has it's pains, but all-in-all is a solid company to work for. There are products that need updating, but every software vendor is in the same boat. In closing, Trustwave does a lot of stuff well and needs improvement on a few things. It's hard to find a company that does everything well!
