My overall experience has been great, especially with my own team. However, starting as a new hire just a week before the acquisition news has been a little scary. I'm unsure if my job is at risk, and this uncertainty does not sit well with me. It gives me an uneasy feeling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I am being paid fairly for the work I am doing and the level I am at.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am so passionate about the work I do, so getting to come to work every day and bring my passion is incredibly rewarding to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is their ability to collaborate and their willingness to assist with anything I need. As a new hire, I am not familiar with many team norms, and I love that my team is always there to help me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have not really interacted with the entire leadership team, other than my own leader in the People Team, who I see quite often in meetings. I really appreciate her drive to connect with the entire department and keep us updated and informed on things happening in the business.
