The leaders need to be better at caring for employees - the CEO cannot just make a blanket statement that he expects employees to come back to the office at least a couple times per week, The vaccine situation in Japan is extremely behind the global average, and it is no where safe to go back.

There is siloes and misalignment across the organisation that is slowing us down and creating friction. E,g BTS vs HCS in data space. We need clarity from the top rolled down, consistently. We also need less cadencing, spreadsheet management and more work.

compared to those doing the same job, I am getting paid 70% - 80% of what the average woman is making and even less the average white male - especially given I haven't received a raise more than 2% in the last 4 years if I get one at all

My offer is lower than my prev management role remuneration as the incentive part of the IBM compensation has no recent pay out due to historical GDP incentive info. I'm offered Associate Partner role while I was Partner level in prev co, reason due to short tenure departure from IBM.

Comparing IBM with other competitors : Pay is less - match the industry at-least Number of vacations days/hours are less - makes it at-least 20 days Bonus is minimal - increase the bonus structure Travel perks or less - Increase the per diem, so we can build relationship with clients
