collaboration and willingness to get things done as well as look for ways to add value to our clients
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The one thing that seems to be working is the profitability growth. There does seem to be opportunities for some but just not those that look like me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
as client facing individuals we have a complete focus on what is best for our clients (client 1st), but I would say that should not be at the sake of our employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compared to those doing the same job, I am getting paid 70% - 80% of what the average woman is making and even less the average white male - especially given I haven't received a raise more than 2% in the last 4 years if I get one at all
