my local leadership is really good but the executives are the worst, they don't have a clear growth path for the company and are getting bonuses all the time without brigning any real results

More aggressively make decisions to transform the business and supporting organizations. Even after decades of deep cutting there is still too much power grabbing, infighting and duplication of investments.

The raises has been poor, there are not much opertunity for older folks. Even for new technologies older folks must be given opertunity to learn and use the emerging technologies.
