as a woman I feel I am paid under my colleagues because I entered our LOB through a lower-paid channel, but deliver as much or more value

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We all work remote, so that keeps us from having as much of a community as would be ideal. Many of our hubs are based on legacy IBM
