I believe Ginni is leading the company on the right path. However her presence is missing in such a large company. Rarely hear from her and her apperences are so planned and scripted I don’t really feel like I know who she is or what her passions are.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's very fair. There is no bias involved.

Compensation is good for my area (Austin) came in at 75k now making 120k three years later. Paternity leave is great, 12 weeks for fathers!

Design organization is the best place to work in IBM. We’re spoiled and it’s painfully obvious if you visit other non studio locations. Best furniture, events, hardware.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We're stuck in our former glory days. We're too large to be effectively agile.

After three years thinking about leaving. We’re so focused on catching our competitors there is a lack of innovation to leap frog. Yes we have some great “irons in the fire” (Quantum, blockchain, ai) but the promise of those technologies are still years away.
