Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued at all. I think management has done a great job of making me feel like I'm an important part of the team through both words and actions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The entire interview and hiring process took several months but was otherwise very easy. The recruiter required a phone interview and a technical test, but IBM only required one short phone interview and a lunch meeting before making an offer.
