Hire the right people, not just the lowest cost people. Provide the tools we need to do our jobs, like databases instead of a multitude of individually created excel sheets that don't work together, the constant RAs are demotivating and demoralizing.

Pay rises which reflect the cost of living and inflation, perhaps not in line with it as that isn't sustainable for the company. We've never been at the top of the pay bracket, but recognising staff that support client facing and technical functions is key

Expectation is that everything will be done perfectly and done asap, we just dont have enough good people for this to happen. Internal clients miss key deadlines but we are expected to still meet deliverable dates. ICA process is a nightmare.
