Aside from a brief blip last year where I was burned out, and that constant restructuring, I have very positive memories of my time at IBM. Opportunities to travel, meet my colleagues around the world, start new business areas, deliver results that make an impact is really wonderful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rises which reflect the cost of living and inflation, perhaps not in line with it as that isn't sustainable for the company. We've never been at the top of the pay bracket, but recognising staff that support client facing and technical functions is key
