Pension plan is not good enough

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is positive as long as you can work from home. Office bound employees have a negative outlook about IBM because they are closer to it.

There is minimal to no honest communication or transparency from Leadership or Managers. Managers do not care for your career growth or personal development.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process moved very quickly. It wasn't long and drawn out like other companies I've interviewed with. The time between my first interview and accepting my offer was a little over 1 month.
