At first I could not find my niche, like I very much needed to 'follow the leader'. But once I became accustomed to the client environment I was able to contribute more and demonstrate my value. Also diversity is big at IBM! Lots of women, which is very different than most technology firm

We all come from an assortment of different backgrounds and we're all willing to learn from each other's experiences to make our client's experience outstanding.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process moved very quickly. It wasn't long and drawn out like other companies I've interviewed with. The time between my first interview and accepting my offer was a little over 1 month.
