It takes a long time to get acclimated to everything that is offered at IBM. There is no roadmap to do that. When I started my mentor talked to me once and then I did not engage with them again as I quickly was busy with work

Being completely engaged in transforming my customers experience and having the support of my manager
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is good, but there is very little impact you can have on reaching your bonus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lot of transformative work being done to grow our practice. That is very exciting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart and engaged team mates that want to deliver well. Resourcing below my pay grade are not consistent and the good performers are never available. This causes high risk to delivery
