They are kind, professional, and understanding. I feel like I can come to them with any converns I have and not face any judgement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard and are good at working with others. Everyone is open to learning new things and we have each others backs when we are trying to accomplish tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position at Target is an HR expert. Considering the expectations and responsibilities of this position, I strongly belive HR experts deserve higher compensation. HR deals with sensitive information and acts as a support system for upper leadership, which requires high attention to detail.
