Team leaders need to be reigned in about the way they treat team members. They should not be engaging in gossiping and back biting (for instance one team leader will degrade certain team members to other team members where anyone can hear them but nothing is ever done about it).

Don't limit your management scope to people with degrees. Some of the best management team only have real life experience. My etl was only ever a college bartender before her target career. No management experience and it shows!

The environment at my distribution center is negative because from the GM down to the operation managers very few know how to communicate and lead. Those who do know how to lead will move on to other companies.
