IT's hard to get right. I don't think anyone would ever say "I get paid enough" or "I get paid too much" but I do think that Wave has a fair process, they research the market, and we are compensated within range.

I feel undervalued because my compensation is below market level for my role. Higher monetary compensation would make me feel better.

Compensation is not tied to the role and as a result there's no financial motivation to take on a promotion.
