Its structured enough that as a manager I have boundaries to control expectations of people I lead. That being said, when necessary it can be flexible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the suffering and hardships I deserve to be treated better and be well compensated that will make me active to work for more ours and excite my responsibilities as expected
I feel undervalued because my compensation is below market level for my role. Higher monetary compensation would make me feel better.

This can apply to all companies but possibly having a better idea of the market rates of salary compensation or bands of salary could be helpful.
Compensation is not tied to the role and as a result there's no financial motivation to take on a promotion.
Compensation is lower than other offers. Stock options begin to accumulate after probationary period instead of on day 1.

We always work together and have common goal , ie to see the company registering more successes
The diversity in our backgrounds allow us to accomplish great things. Fresh perspectives mean that things never get stale.

talking to a variety of different interviewers, including a cultural fit assessment
Homework assignment and presentation content forced deep conversations vs. surface-level "tell me about your experience".
The process was very transparent. I had no surprises or differences from what they told me in the interview process to when I started.
