A chat bot is a sad excuse for customer service. They provide a "Free" service but they do make money. The times I have spoken to a person for customer service, only available on chat, they have helped me when they can. You get really sick of hearing we can't help with that though.

Benefits
Wave provides 100% employer paid health and dental benefits AND the dental benefits have a six month recall which means you can visit your dentist twice a year! In addition, there is a wellness allowance, education allowance, flexible hours and work from home opportunities. The office is always stocked with food and snacks, is dog friendly and offers lots of on-site fitness and wellness activities.

Whatever makes you feel like your best self. Jeans, t-shirts, blazers, ties, dresses - all are welcome here. Your interviewers will most likely be in jeans themselves. We're a scent-free environment, so keep the cologne/perfume at home, please!
What's the internship program like at Wave Financial Inc.?
It's excellent. You're really part of the team. You can take on as much as you can handle and the team is open to doing more than low level tasks. We've had interns come in who took on full ownership of a role and helped research and strategize. I think if you're motivated, collaborative and have initiative you'll do well here.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Wave Financial Inc.?
Celebrating religious and traditional holidays - for some reason the people and culture team does not want to do this and I really don't think it creates a culture of inclusiveness or diversity
What's the work from home policy like at Wave Financial Inc.?
wfh is done mostly adhoc, you have to let your Manager know but it's pretty flexible and helpful on days when you need to work free from distraction

I have complete flexibility to work the hours I want and from home when needed.
