Great mission, great team, great culture, major accomplishments, leveling the playing field for small business and entrepreneurs everywhere.
There is no Customer Service, no response no matter how many tickets you put in. I LOVE the product, or I would not have recommended it to my company.

Yes, the marketing strategy is clear and revolves around moving up market, pivoting to a SaaS based acquisition and retention strategy, and changing the market perception of the brand. All tough but achievable objectives.
