I am paid really well for the job that I have, the benefits are great, but also I have no cap on my potential and growth or financial ceiling.

It's fast-paced and the work is hard, but it's meaningful and has purpose and you are surrounded by incredibly smart and talented people who are best in class at their craft.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team genuinely cares very deeply about the work that they do and they want it to be the best. We are more than colleagues, we are friends who like to push each other to new limits and share in each others success collectively.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was intense, I met a lot of people in one day and spent hours at the office. This ensured that we could both make an educated decision and I felt confident that I understood the company and the leaders and the mandate that the job required.
