Highly committed people, very good at what they do, and I actually like them!

I love what I do and I love the way we do it.

Transparent, humble, each very different, all very good at what they do, work really well together.

Compensation is reviewed annually and research is done to match us to market rates. We don’t have to negotiate to get paid fairly.

Work feels like home. Its comfortable and high energy. I like the people, I like the space, I like what I do, I like what Wave stands for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company puts culture very high up on the list of strategic priorities. Not sure that everyone truly appreciates how much they do for us and how good it is.

There is a huge amount of time and effort and the budget to support that, put into a culture that allows us to bring out the best in ourselves and get meaningful results
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders we have and the ones who recently joined are very knowledgeable, very nice and inspire us to do our best. I am confident in their ability to get us to the next stage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the smartest, nicest people I have ever worked with. I always feel like the "dumbest person in the room" when I look around at who is with me, but I always feel like I'm learning a ton.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
IT's hard to get right. I don't think anyone would ever say "I get paid enough" or "I get paid too much" but I do think that Wave has a fair process, they research the market, and we are compensated within range.
