What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary and Share Options are very attractive, but I am also impressed by the health care coverage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Wave is very open and transparent, they communicate well with the entire company. I don't feel there is any ego within the leadership team just a genuine desire to do great things and make Wave better.
