Difficult in the sense that it's thorough, if you make it to the last stage you've basically met everyone you'll be working with and have the opportunity to ask them questions so it's kind of an interview for them too

There were 3-4 interviews - a chat with Talent acquisition and my prospective manager, a technical interview and a culture fit interview. The culture fit interview was the best part as it allowed me to ask questions about the working style and office environment from other members of the team
