My team is awesome. Everyone is willing to help each other.

My department is really good about making sure that I have all the information that I need to be successful at my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is super supportive of our team. She works really hard on making sure that we have the resources we need to be successful in our WF careers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work at a Corporate Campus. The company does an awesome job on my campus of trying to get the employees engaged in Diversity events and trying to keep everyone focused on a customer and employee friendly culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO package. You get 144 hours of PTO during your first year. (Prorated to your start date of course) You also get 4 Personal Holidays and just about all of the Federal Holidays off. If your department is open on Holidays then you get Holiday Pay.
