Terrible, did not know what she was doing, and depended on her friends in the dept to do her job.

They need to stop being bigots and treat and respect their employees

Most leaders don't no know anything meaningful. They go to meetings and read decks others wrote for them. They are taught by those who reports to them. How are they suppose to guide and lead then?

Seeing the people in the organization and not just the numbers.

True meaning of Diversity, Inclusion, and belonging. nepotism and micro aggression are real and while widely known, HR leadership turns a blind eye.
