Current compensation is not adjusted year over to year to account for the rising entry salaries.
People at lower level are expected to take on a lot of responsibilities. Leadership doesn't care if they have 50% if the resources they need to reach the targets. They will not push timelines or provide more resources. They will force the existing employees to overwork.
