Mostly behavioral based, no whiteboarding or in depth technical tests.

The interviewer. She was really very nice. It was first interview of my life nd i was really excited because Deloitte is my dream company since my school time. I was very confident but lil nervous too. But she made me comfortable. All things gone very well. n i got selected!! Best day of my life.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process takes a very long time and the company is not communicative about next steps. They'll ghost you for a month or two after your interview and then call you for a second interview.
