Positive Reviews From Deloitte (US) Employees

  • What did you like most about the interview process?
    Case studies and guesstimate rounds
  • What did you like most about the interview process?
Recruiters were great at keeping me updated.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can add two beneficiaries to my HMO, which has a high limit

Constructive Feedback From Deloitte (US) Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are very expensive and improving health care coverage affordability would really help.
  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process takes a very long time and the company is not communicative about next steps. They'll ghost you for a month or two after your interview and then call you for a second interview.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team talks a big game about acceptance and building their employees up to be better, but then apply so much pressure to the supervisors and managers that this line of thinking is tossed out the window for the opportunity to make more money.
