Always looking ahead for new opportunities.
down to earth and fair
Review from Sales Dept
Always helping each other with others tasks
They listen to the employees
They are punctual, indersstanding and open minded. They take time to listen to their team and their needs, and are results driven. They also reward for hard work done.
Leadership team is great with communication
Review from Customer Support Dept
they keep it real sometimes
That everyone spreads themselves thin for the Vision or the Goal. Every location varies, but at least one consistent moral is that McKesson is trying to be inclusive to everyone.
The leadership team is guided by a common strategy and demonstrates a willingness to focus with discipline.
Review from Finance Dept
Inspiring and intelligent leaders who are supportive. You can tell they care.
Willing to look out for their employees
In my experience, some members of lower level mamagement are wonderful. However, senior leadership seems to be nothing more than rough office polotics hidden by friendly faces.
excellent team, great engagement and totally support the corporate strategy and direction.
Supportive and encouraging every day
They are as transparent as possible and attempt to recognize the valuable work of teams.
So far they communicate very well
They care about you. Communication is good.
Transparency, Conservativeness, Stable, Inclusive and Fearless
They are open for feedback
Well they disseminated information efficiently and we're open with the employees about business goals.
The leadership team, up to our CEO, is well aware of the problems in BMC, yet does nothing about it. Bonnie continues to hurt the company and her employees through her dishonest and cruel behavior.
I have no words for this company
COMPASSION, COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP, EVOLVING, DIRECTING
Comminciation and being true to his their wors
Honesty, communication , transparency, integrity and respect for clients
The leadership team needs to be aligned on priorities and objectives. While they share the same goal, they have conflicting approaches on achieving it.
They need more training did you know how to do their job better and they need better equipment
Care about there employees, we have horrible management, no leadership.
Pay increases and hiring proper number of workers instead of pushing for more and more productivity with fewer resources.
Review from Operations Dept
Get people who know what needs to be done then those who think they know what needs to be done
No clue what to do or manage flow of work. They cater to earlier shift.
Biomed managers and Directors are bring this place down! Repairs have no Quality, Managers and Supervisors were let go for inappropriate behavior
All leadership & management needs intense training on how to interact and lead. They need to drop the virtue signaling and social justice. Get out of Washington & clean up the business. Get back to actually running their business. Quit speaking ICARE and ILEAD if they arent going to put in practice.
Effective collaboration and innovation across teams. While there are avenues for innovation to happen I feel that ideas are thrown over the "wall" and never heard or talked about again.
Review from Engineering Dept
Looking after the wellbeing of the staff on the ground. Actioning concerns raised. Focus a little less on the business side of things and remember the human element.
Lead by example and follow through
Not yelling at employees. Praise when we do something right instead of constantly reminding of all the things we get wrong. Fix low moral and constant turnover. Don't get angry when a question is asked more than once. They tell us to work safely. Need to work unsafe to make rate. Points for errors
Communication and listening to their workers
They only focus on business and not in the employees and I see lot of people left company
Better communication between supervisors and managers. A lot of shady stuff at the Lakeland Center
