The same level of co-worker is typically great. There are really great people at McKesson however they are not people managers, leaders or executives. I have not had one decent manager in over 6 years.
Stop gossiping about what others are doing or not doing. Focus on your job. Clean up after yourselves. Don't pass the buck to the next guy. Help each other out. Work together it makes it easier on us all. Stop complaining about everything to coworkers and about coworkers.

Is someone trainable, are they progressing? Assess really how long it takes to train someone. They fire quality people, keep the bad ones. Upper management whines and complains about their employees when things don't go right, when they are the problem. They don't see the whole picture.

There are a lot of cliques inside the office between management, employees and a mix of the two. Instead of complaining people need to help each other to improve.

Positivity. Difficult in such a negative envoironment, but with management working so actively to make the workplace more negative and stressful, it's very unhelpful when coworkers on your own level/team contribute to the negativity. Need to look out for each other and lift each other up.
