forward thinking and honest management
Review from Sales Dept
My direct team will jump in when someone is close to burnout.
There are some very talented and kind people at McKesson. Unforutantely, this behavior is not recognized in the BMC and the good people leave or have no career opportunities as Bonnie Jacobs only promotes those who mirror her behaviors.
Everyone is very nice and friendly
The most positive are the people, some people (employees, not management) really do care and look out for each other. The environment is a different story. We have inconsistent information due to a lack of experience from corporate enforcing rules that don't make sense operationally at a site level.
Very employee friendly, diverse and principled.

Hope of improvement with hiring good qualified talent and not loosing any more good people because they are not valued
Review from IT Dept
Clinical staff and patient care.
Review from Operations Dept
Truly an open door policy
Review from Customer Support Dept
Honestly the most positive thing was the effort being put in to attempt to keep workers on task and working as a team. The diversity I appreciated and encouragement to involve employees in giving back to the community.
Coworkers are awesome to work with.
Flexible and collaborative. Great place.
The team I work with
Work at home is great
Review from Finance Dept
All ways having suppourt from everybody
There is virtually no positive culture at McKesson. Corporate values slogans like iCARE and iLEAD are hollow.
Review from Operations Dept
Flecible time and bo micromanaging
Its difficult to answer. there is none.
The team is very open and collaborative
Honest and transparency with leadership team
Faster, more communication to employees, back office teams that dont feel like theyre working against us. Everything. Working here is mentally exhausting
Someone needs to make sure the contractor is legit
Being cultural inspired by others
Better people better management better coworkers
No to much overtime only if people need it or ask
Better management and leadership, caring about your employees.
Overworked understaffed clueless managers and no sense of purpose
Biomed managers and Directors are bring this place down! Repairs have no Quality, Managers and Supervisors were let go for inappropriate behavior
Better mangement of resources/people to get work done
It needs to get out of the business of social justice and virtue signaling and respect people as individuals. There is a lot of talk about respect and values however that is not the culture starting at the top with Brian Tyler.
Work life balance is terrible
Review from Operations Dept
We are a team. People hide things so they have supplies. You can't find supplies for your job. Treat everyone as you like to be treated. Management has favorites. That's clear. Manager's should not talk to employees about other employees in a teasing or negative manner. Not professional.
How tenured employees are treated when starting wages are increased
focus on employees and update the policies
Bold direction that inspires and motivates people. True diverse leadership at all levels, including a commitment to equal pay and promotion.
Better communication , the ceo needs to understand the task from below to top. Certain DC need you to understand the stress level
Review from Operations Dept
Get rid of the leaders that don't care about their people
Review from Operations Dept
Stop penalizing for sick days.
Review from Operations Dept
For one the admin assistant hates the employees. She does nothing. Nothing gets restocked, she mocks the employees, when something runs out, then she might re-order if she's in the mood and happy. She loves to mistreat the employees, targets the new employees, makes problems up that don't exist.
Review from IT Dept
Better work-life balance, no more favoritism towards certain employees, realizing that we are people not machines and can only accomplish so much in one day and also be accurate.
