Effective collaboration and innovation across teams. While there are avenues for innovation to happen I feel that ideas are thrown over the "wall" and never heard or talked about again.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very kind and curious to others, in the past this has been taken too far. More recently with DDC and "Do less and obsess" mentality this is getting better.
