What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to improve on applying a zero tolerance for any sexual harassment and to take it seriously. To make the work environment more professional and whoever is not taking this position seriously to have a process of elimination for people that are there not wanting to be successful.

Consistency, 3/4 of them are terrible for half a dozen reasons. Don't care, insanely inexperienced/useless for help, infinitely selfish, completely terrible at actually "leading" their team.

comparative pay, first and foremost. this is my sixth year in the mobile retail industry between a (now) total of 3 mobile communications giants. The leadership also likes to threaten your job if you're not kissing their feet.

Not paid a living wage. Commission structure is about 7-10 years behind the times, it rewards everyone a small amount no matter how well you do. Instead of rewarding top preformers.

since the merger, they have raised bills and lowered my overall yearly salary. pay us more money to make up for raising customer's bills!

They put cameras in all of the lobbies or stores and management will send photos of you to you showing that you are working, it is creepy. You do not feel trusted and all management cares about are sales. If you miss your sales goals more than 4 times in a rolling 12 month period you lose your job
