Well I've only been at my company 2 weeks now and I really do like it. I didn't think that I would like it here, but I like the people and the environment. I didn't expect going through 4 year university that I would be making only $8hr.

My supervisor is very passionate about her career. 10/10
What makes you most happy at work?
My supervisor makes me happy and I smile all day knowing she's here to help me perform my duties
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like a 401k option, I'd prefer blue cross blue shield HMO, I'd like stock options, I'd prefer more time off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our supervisor is so motivated she raises the bar every day and pushes us to do well and so that in change motivates her employees and that makes me very happy.
