The money is decent, but almost not worth it considering the company itself has no respect for their frontline employees. I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week but with mandatory overtime that 3/4 of the year, it's usually 12 hour days, 5 days a week with no lunch breaks.

Most are very hard working and always try to make the best of our bad situation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to their employees and take a step back so we can do the job you hired us to do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate needs to step away from the day to day operations and understand that the stock holders don't run the company, we do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What's wrong: customers are being negatively effected by corporate policies and employee morale. How it can be improved: Treat your employees like human beings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My knowledge and skills used to be valued by those above me. Now I'm just a number/metric for a report created by those with little experience in the field.
