Executives appreciating the need to be honest and supportive of staff and customers.

Friendly and trustworthy. Most of my coworkers want to do a good job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with, my coworkers. Being thanked when I am able to help a customer without much drama.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the training of Customer Service Reps, both live and online, needs to be improved. We sometime lack the information to solve problems that come up multiple times.
