What do you like best about the leadership team?

Sr leadership is heading in the right direction. Its middle mgmt that is the furthest away and least likely to pivot. True 3rd party climate study is needed. Most pocs, women etc are at the bottom of the company and primary plan seems to be to hire more instead of growing existing.

if the benefits, vacation, were equal. there is no overtime. you are expected to be on time, if you are 1 second late, they reprimand you. if you are sick, you still have to show up.

Making sure its a good fit for both candidate and the team/job. HR should recommend you for another role if you don't get a job based on your "fit" Recommendations from HR in the process would be helpful. HR feels like a "system" or "barrier" and make things more difficult and is not always fair
