Complete restructuring of management to get rid of their hostility twords employees and bring the building up to code so that it doesn't resemble a sauna all seasons of the year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Integrity and honestly mean nothing at the Silver Spring Chesapeake complex. Years of service and dedication are tossed aside while unrealistic and illegal demands are made of employees while management does no wrong. Several people hospitalized over failure to fix electrical and air conditioning.
