Not good. They aren't ever willing to help. The store is completely and totally understaffed. They expect you to work multiple areas with one pay. They are never willing to help you out when you have a project going on. Need more people and better leadership.

It used to be great. Now, for the most part, it does not exist. Some stores, with good district, area and store managers have a good vibe still but the one I just left never has. (678)

Working at Lowes has been the best opportunity that I have had. I have worked from construction to management throughout my career, but Lowes has been the best company that I have worked.

North Carolina home office has little knowledge of how things work at the store level, which makes it harder for the stores.
