    Top Employee Response

Almost all store level employees cannot stand Niblock, especially tenured employees, due to the many ways he has taken the "human" out of human resources & appears to be grooming those left to be "Stepford" associates; all interchangable, spewing the company party line. To him, associates are a costly asset but warrant no further thought than, say, replacing a piece of power equipment.

Nobody thinks higly of Niblock; at least, in store associates do not. Lowe's used to put the employee first, believing that a happy employee is a productive one. Ever since Niblock took over, it's all about the bottom line & ONLY the bottom line.

CEO needs to go. Incentives are misaligned and he's so disconnected from the company and customer. He's been with the org. way too long and shows very little leadership. Even his direct reports complain about him to the ranks.

At this time he is virtually hated. Before he became CEO he supported the associates. Now he only supports the investors and the board. The company could give a damn about the employees OR THE CUSTOMERS.
