    Hire more people. Running on a skeleton crew doesn't help anyone and shows how little Lowe's cares about its people. Air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter would be nice. What good does it do to go to work presentable and in 15 minutes you're hot and sweaty. Ridiculous

    Actually set a vision that people can execute against. Define people's roles and actually let people make decisions so you eliminate the USELESS meetings people sit in all day.

    Cut down on all of the changes that are not needed. You don’t need receiving managers in the store on a Saturday morning
