    Lowe's pays everyone the same raise increase. Whether you work your ass off or just show up. Its equal. So unfair

    Get a annual review per policy.Raise yearly .Been 2yrs no raise.Understaffed and over worked while Sr management got raises and bonuses.

    Benefits and equity grants are archaic and not modernized. Salaries and compensation grading based on scale, not performance or contribution
